KDEN's summer show, Peter Pan, was a memorable experience for the cast, crew, and all of the children (both young and old) on the Big Island. Because of the overwhelming response, we added an additional Saturday matinee on July 24th, and our last two performances were well received by hundreds of people. We cannot thank you enough for supporting KDEN and supporting our goal of leaving a lasting impression on those in our company as well as in our community. KDEN has announced its next two Summer musicals. In Summer 2011, we will be bringing another Gilbert and Sullivan to the Big Island, Patience (or Bunthorne's Bride). In past years, we have brought to life The Pirates of Penzanze, The Mikado, and H.M.S. Pinafore. We are excited to continue the tradition of these operettas that have entertained audiences for over 100 years. Summer 2012 will bring the whimsical world of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. We hope you will join us in the summers to come! We always aim to not only entertain, but enrich and educate the community that we hold so dear.
